Vizzy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, your display name. You can use a pseudonym.

Content you create. Vizzy stores the habits, affirmations, goals, and vision board images you add to the app. This content is associated with your account and synced across your devices.

Photos and images. If you upload photos to your vision board, those files are stored securely on our servers (Cloudflare R2). We do not analyse, share, or use your images for any purpose other than displaying them to you.

Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we store a device token to deliver reminders. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.

Crash and error reports. We use Sentry to automatically collect crash reports and stack traces when the app encounters an error. These reports include device type, OS version, and the sequence of actions leading to the crash. They do not include your content or images.

Usage data. We collect basic usage telemetry (which screens you visit, session length) to understand how the app is used and to improve it. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Sync your content across your devices
  • Send you reminders and notifications you have opted into
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and crashes
  • Improve the app based on aggregated usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve targeted advertising. Vizzy has no ads.

3. Data sharing and third parties

We share your data only with the service providers required to operate the app:

  • Supabase - authentication and database (EU/US data centres)
  • Cloudflare R2 - image storage
  • Sentry - crash reporting
  • Expo / Google Firebase - push notification delivery

Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vizzy or its users.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Crash reports are retained for 90 days.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to delete your account, email us at mousaahmed96@gmail.com. You can also delete your account directly from the app in Settings.

6. Children

Vizzy is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by emailing you. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
